Rita is the Compliance Officer for Threadmark - Empresa de Investimento, S.A. and is based in Lisbon.

Rita joined Threadmark from Principle Power, where she was Legal Counsel covering multiple areas of law. Prior to this, she was Legal & Compliance Officer at Iberis Capital focusing on compliance functions, having started her career as a Lawyer at CS Associates.

Rita holds a Master’s in law from Catholic University in Lisbon and graduated in Law from Lisbon University.
